I've spent my whole life course correcting toward myself.
That turned out to be the point.
Logical Rebel. Translator. Bridge Builder.
Each one has an origin story. Together, they're why I do the work I do.
I've always done things differently.
As a child, I had trouble with fine motor control and coordination. Tying my shoes, riding a bike, learning to write — all of it was a challenge. I still remember the kids laughing at how I held my pencil, and being handed one of those little rubber grips to "fix" me. I tried it. Then I ditched it and held my pencil the way that worked for me.
It was the first time I understood: not everyone has to do things the same way. I had to find mine.
I was also classified with ADD and dyslexia. Learning the "traditional" way wasn't an option, so I built my own processes. My own strategies. My own workarounds that somehow worked better than the ones I'd been handed.
The Logical Rebel was born.
That same instinct is what eventually led me to my calling. I was heading toward a master's in sociology when I stumbled into an internship in a technical training department — the kind that teaches people how satellite systems work. Dense, complex, deeply technical material. And something just clicked.
I could see the shape of it. I could find the thread that made the complicated simple, the abstract concrete. I could take what lived in an expert's head and translate it into something a regular person could understand, use, and build on. It wasn't something I'd been taught. It was just something I could do.
I still went to Georgia for that sociology program. And I was miserable. The same signal I'd learned to trust as a kid — the one that said "this isn't your way" — was loud and clear. So I listened. I course corrected, transferred to an instructional design program in Maryland, and earned my MA.
The Translator was born.
"Those losses cracked something open. I realized I'd been living at the surface of myself."
Fast forward to May of 2019. My father passed away and I lost a few key relationships during a very short span of time. My life was rearranged instantly and course corrected in ways I couldn't have anticipated.
Those losses cracked something open. I realized I'd been living at the surface of myself — efficient, capable, productive, but disconnected from the deeper current running underneath all of it.
So I went looking for it.
What followed was a season of deep, intentional work that continues to this day. Sacred practices, plant wisdom, and healing modalities that took me far outside ordinary reality and brought me back to myself. I learned to listen again — not to the noise of what I was supposed to do or who I was supposed to be, but to the quieter, older wisdom that had always been there. Within me and all around me.
I came back with something I can't fully explain and wouldn't try to: a deeper capacity to hear what isn't being said. To sense the shape of a vision before someone can put words to it. To work in the space where the analytical and the energetic meet — and to translate what lives there into something real.
The Bridge Builder was reborn.
There's a place for us to begin.
If you're a holistic energy worker with a vision you haven't been able to fully bring into form — whether that's a program, a system, a business, or something you don't quite have words for yet — I'm here.
Not to hand you a template. Not to tell you what your business should look like. But to help you find the bridge between what you know you're here to do and the form it wants to take in the world.
A few things worth knowing.
I'm an experience seeker. I love trying new things and getting outside my comfort zone. Sometimes it works out, sometimes it really doesn't (knitting, I'm looking at you), but I always come back with something that propels me forward.
Statement pieces are my jam. I curate things with intention. I've been known to wear the same necklace every day for years as a reminder of how I want to show up. When a piece has served its purpose, I pass it forward.
I was owned by a crazy orchard cat. She let me live here for years and still runs the show from the other side.
